OUR STORY

PUHA was created to bring Persian-speaking individuals and families together in the Waterloo Region. Moving to a new country can feel overwhelming, but community changes everything. Through cultural events, social gatherings, and volunteer initiatives, PUHA provides a welcoming space where people can connect, share experiences, and feel at home.

To support Persian-speaking newcomers, foster meaningful connections, and promote Persian culture within Canada’s diverse multicultural community.
