Respectful Behaviour
All participants must treat others with courtesy and respect at all times.
Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
No Unauthorized Advertising
To ensure fairness for registered participants:
Participants are not permitted to:
- Distribute business cards or promotional materials
- Promote personal or commercial services
- Approach vendors, sponsors, or guests for solicitation purposes
Only official sponsors and registered vendors may conduct business promotion within the event.
Sponsor & Vendor Protection
PUHA is committed to protecting the rights and investments of participating vendors and sponsors.
Unauthorized promotion or commercial activity that undermines their participation is strictly prohibited.
Photography & Recording
Guests may take personal photos unless otherwise indicated.
Any professional photography, videography, or content creation intended for business or commercial use requires prior written approval from PUHA.
Safety & Compliance
All attendees must follow venue regulations and PUHA event guidelines.
Unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event without refund
Future Attendance
As the lawful event organizer, PUHA reserves the right to deny future participation to individuals whose conduct compromises safety, order, or the integrity of the event.
Community Integrity
Participants are expected to respect the spirit and purpose of PUHA events:
cultural celebration, community connection, mutual support, and respectful engagement.
Important Notice
Event tickets are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another person.
All payments made to the Association — including donations, tickets, vendor fees, or other charges — are non-refundable.
